3rd ANNUAL PAIRSINE CHEFS FOOD & BEER EVENT DRAWS TOP COLORADO CHEFS!
Nine area chefs compete on June 12th!

Broomfield, Colorado June 4, 2012, Wine Country Network, Inc, publishers of Wine Country International Magazine and producers of the Pairsine Chefs Food
& Beverage Pairing Competitions today announced the line-up for their annual beer themed pairing at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield, CO.

This year's competition will showcase Gold and Silver winning beers from the 2012 Denver International Beer Competition. The following chefs and their teams will create culinary pairings:

A professional panel of judges and all consumers will get to cast their votes for the "Best Chef", "Most Creative Chef" and "People's Choice Chef" awards. A silent auction will benefit The Foundation For Sight and Sound, a 501(c)3 non profit organization and their Help America Hear Program, that provides hearing aides to disadvantaged people in Colorado with a hearing disability.

PAIRSINE NEW YORK 2012 CHEF WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

New York City, New York, April 20,2012, Wine Country Network, Inc, publishers of Wine Country International Magazine and producers of the Pairsine Chefs Food & Wine Competitions today announced the winning chefs
from it's Pairsine NYC Chefs Food & Wine Competition which was held on Tuesday April 17, 2012 at Sun West Studios in New York City.

The following chefs were winners:

People's Choice 2012:

Judges Best Chef 2012:

Judges Most Creative Chef 2012:

Nine New York area master chefs competed by making two culinary pairings each with two Zinfandel wines, that were provided by 18 California wineries which were members of ZAP (The Zinfandel Advocates & Producers).

Denver, Colorado, February 29,2012, Wine Country Network, Inc, publishers of Wine Country International Magazine, and the producers of the annual Denver International Wine Festival, today announced that they will be producing their signature chef competitions, Pairsine, The Taste of Elegance in major cities across the US.

Pairsine's slogan is where premium beverages and spectacular cuisine collide! While most of the competitions feature wine, The company has plans to produce ten competitions in 2012, kicking off with a food & mixology pairing competition on March 17, 2012 at The Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield, CO.

The company launched the first annual Pairsine, Taste of Elegance Chefs Food and Wine Pairing Competition in November 2005, in Denver, Colorado. The annual Pairsine competitions have evolved into Denver's most coveted annual culinary/wine events, selling out each year. Some of Colorado's most outstanding culinary talents have competed in Pairsine, including Top Chef Season 5 winner Hosea Rosenberg, who was a three time champion, BEFORE he gained television fame!

The competitions feature 10 wine savvy chefs competing to make 20 custom paired epicurean delights with 20 award-winning wines, beers or spirits! Each event features a silent and live auction benefiting a designated national charity such as the Foundation for Sight and Sound or The Warriors For Freedom.
